Used for thousands of years as nourishing and healing flowers, I am continuing the tradition of time honoured rituals to create this beautiful safe, and unfragranced soap. My Chamomile and Calendula soap offers a calming, healing experience for the skin. Infused in luxury oils and butters such as olive oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut and castor oil, discover a balanced, chemical free, creamy bar of long lasting soap.
The olive oil is infused with home gathered calendula and chamomile. No essential oils are added, just the pure plants themselves, infused slowly, and gently cured with warmth and time. Use daily as a herbal tonic to soothe and rejuvenate.
'Chamomile & Calendula', two gentle but powerful flowers proven to bring healing to your skin. I infuse them in olive oil for six weeks in a dark and gently warmed area. This ensures that the medicinal properties are extracted and not just the volatile oils (scent).
My Chamomile & Calendula infused soap has no artificial fragrances and no essential oils added. This enables those of us who have sensitive skin or an aversion to the ever increasing fragrances in our homes, to reduce the toxic load for ourselves and our families. Traditionally, cold process soap is full of quality oils and butters and uses a technique called 'super-fatting' a term which means that a percentage of the oils and butters are not turned to soap but retain a small amount of excess oil and butters that nourish and moisturise your skin after cleansing. Artisan soap also retains the glycerine that is removed for resale in commercially made soaps, a well made artisan soap will not dry out your skin.

Each bar of soap will be a minimum of 120g.
Whether you use your soap bar in the bath, shower or for hand washing allow your soap to dry between use. Keep your soap on a free draining soap dish, or hang in your shower inside a soap saver. Most of all enjoy your soft clean, hydrated skin!

Please note the soap is for external use only-avoid direct eye contact, not for application to the mucous membranes or on broken skin.
Each bar of soap will contain the same base ingredients with variations to each bar in shade and design. Our small batches take six weeks after making to fully cure. Information will be available on restocking products. Our soap is purely plant based and vegan friendly and our ingredients to the best of our ability are ethically sourced. Each bar is handmade, hand poured, hand cut, hand labelled and hand packaged. There may be slight variations in weight from batch to batch and the weight of the individual bar of soap will always be a declared weight minimum 120 per bar.
