Shipping Policy

Orders are generally packed and posted within three days.  This may be longer at busy times of year.

We currently post to UK locations only. There is an option for local pickup at checkout for postcode areas – CB23, CB22 and SG8.

Orders are posted using Royal Mail 2nd class (standard).  This takes 2 days on average, but can take up to three.  This service is not tracked and does not require a signature.  £3.95

We also offer Royal Mail 1st class postage (express) which will arrive 1-2 days from postage. £4.55

 If you would like to order a large quantity of products or require tracking/signed for service, please email us first to arrange this via courier.

We offer FREE postage on orders over £60.

Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

If for some reason you are unhappy with the products you have received, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and return them to us within 21 days of delivery.  Items must be unopened and in the same condition they arrived with you.  You are responsible for arranging the return and gaining proof of postage.  We would advise using a tracked service.  Please return items to:

If you would like to cancel your order and we have not yet posted it, please notify us as soon as you can and we will happily refund your order.

If your products are damaged when they arrive with you, please contact us for assistance.

No refunds can be given for items that are opened or damaged whilst in your care.

Please note, any refunds take up to ten business days to be returned to your account.
